Cancellations requested after the event has begun are generally not eligible for a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply. For such cases, please contact our support team for review.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Cancelled Tournaments: If an event is canceled by us, all participants will receive a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from participating and notify us immediately, we will evaluate your case for a refund.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without your consent, please report it within 14 days for investigation and resolution.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
